All red wines are stored in our own oak woods in contents of 225 l to 3,000 l, for 1-2 years and then filled up in bottles, where another storing of 1-3 years takes place.
White wines such as Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Zierfandler and red Veltliner are stored in high-grade steel tanks and coldly fermented.Chardonnay and Rotgipfler are brought to an international level by biological acid reduction.
